far from truth? There was a time that men’s sexually needs were treated not
only as healthy and normal, but sacred.

the most respected women in the community; the virgin’s of the temple. People
stepped out of their way and bowed their heads as they past. No one would dare
to either contradict or speak against them. It is an historical fact (although
at the moment I am unable to document my source) that at this time there was
very little war. Why bother, if you can just pop down to the temple and get
your rocks of with a highly trained goddess of love? Where did we go so wrong?

You may ask yourself, goodness, where has she been?
Well she’s not been to London to visit the Queen!
She’s travelled the world to see how it’s doing
And has come back to report there’s trouble a brewing
The people refuse to stay were there stuffed
They’re telling their leaders they’ve had quite enough!

T’was first the Arab world we saw spring,
But now even Europe is catching the thing.
Presidents are being asked to step down,
Even Sarkozy is wearing a frown!

In Malaysia the people are pushing the posers,
In China the students stopped fearing the dozers.
Now back here in Britain I’m happy to see,
My sisters still stand for their own Liberty.Maxeemhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16630854330615290859noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5841382481164385986.post-85572197220931885542011-09-21T14:36:00.000+01:002011-09-21T14:36:13.606+01:00In the beginingSo my first blog. EVER!
I've always wondered what possessed people to write their thoughts and daily doings for all the world to see. That said I do keep a journal of my continually evolving philosophy of life. I come from a long line of existentialists. However, I am probably the first to practice the worlds oldest profession. (Although I am sure there were many to partake of their fruits!)
Just back from a thoroughly enjoyable escapade in Paris where the Gentleman, weather and wine were truly sublime. I took advantage of the afternoon sun to wander through the book stalls on the rive gauche to pick up a few pocket sized Giono to put a polish on my French. There's a fine bottle of bubbly that I just managed to slip into my valise for the Gentleman who can answer all my "Quiz Questions" ( or one that just makes me feel like popping the cork!)
Two things I can not tolerate; bad manners and bad wine!Maxeemhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16630854330615290859noreply@blogger.com0
